The Client Onboarding reviewer works in partnership with RM to get the client file to required standards of SME Banking. The role will be responsible for assessing the risks of the client, providing assurance to the Business that the client file meets requirements and approving the file. Business
Business Enabling support to SME Banking Front Office for all Client Onboarding related matters. Main knowledge to support cross border account opening is critical.
Processes
Service and Operational Handling
Assist to procure company searches via vendor portal.
Assist to arrange courier for collection and delivery of documents.
Assist to make payment for vendor services.
Assist to handle archival and retrieval of physical documents.
Assist in pre-screening of documents and send for processing.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Execution responsibility for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating operational risks and reputational risks to the Group.

Our Ideal Candidate :
This is a Direct Contract for 6 Months.
ACAMS or ICA Certification would be preferred.
2 plus years of experience in KYC/ CDD or Account Opening in banking industry
Experience in managing client approval end to end for the SME Banking files.
Experience in SME Banking.
Ensure complete and accurate record keeping of all relevant communications.
