How you would make a difference Working hands-on in one of our major new products, owning the product and solution architecture with a key focus on quality control and code optimisation, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle. Playing a key role in the hiring process, leading the expansion and maturing of our engineering team, providing guidance and direction on best practices and technical decisions across teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve engineering processes and raise the bar on quality and efficiency. Collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals. Optimising and reviewing team performance, aiming to increase the quality of engineering as a functional leader. What you need to be successful A bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science, physics, or a similar area of study. Track record of building scalable software products. Experience building and leading software engineering team(s). Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
