Make history developing the world's first truly decentralized fully on-chain perpetuals exchange, built around a high-performance Central Limit Order Book Others have tried or claim to have done this, but they implemented on application chains or use techniques that skirt the bounds of decentralization theater. We're building on Monad, a performant block chain designed from the outset for high-performance decentralized finance applications. Our team has a legacy of interesting Dapp and De Fi firsts; highlights include: World's first decentralized mobile messenger, featuring group chats and Publishing Dapp integrations Anonymized push notification system allowing protocols to communicate with address holders anonymously Deployed an ultra gas-efficient Time-Weighted Automated Market Maker protocol on Ethereum L1 We're funded by Tier-1 VCs, angels, founders, and leading market makers. We are assembling an A-Team of engineers, business development, and designers to help us launch a best in class perpetuals exchange experience worldwide. Former projects from the co-founders Historical project first decentralized perpetuals exchange with an on-chain Central Limit Order Book on an EVM. Head of Product Summary We're looking for a Head of Product who has a unique eye for design and extreme empathy for users. You will be a key figure at our company, making history contributing to the development of the first fully decentralized perpetuals exchange You will report directly to the CEO and architect the design, user experience, and branding to attract the differing personas interested in trading on our protocol. Additionally, you will be the point person distilling customer feedback and requirements into product design. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation and prototyping to final implementation Collaborate closely with engineering, bizdev, and other teams to design best-in-class experiences Design for our web, i OS, and Android platforms in addition to marketing materials and brand identity Perform user research and use data to develop the right product solutions that delight our customers Ensure the products we ship are consistent with our design and branding standards Qualifications 5+ years of UX, UI, or product design experience Strong product sensibility Experience developing wireframes and prototypes Proficiency with Figma Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for product design You are an open-minded and accountable individual, who respects collaboration Excellent communication and organization skills Bachelor's degree in a related design major or equivalent work experience Bonus Points Past experience working in consumer technology and startups Interest in financial technology or trading Our Benefits Competitive salary, equity and token package Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your family Professional development opportunities, including training programs and conferences Generous vacation and paid time off policy Company-sponsored social activities and team-building events Modern and comfortable work environment with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
