Amplify Health is seeking a skilled Head of Product Engineering to lead our engineering team across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing technical competencies and technology needed to successfully deliver our products, ensuring our engineering function is optimized for productivity, quality, and building for the future of Amplify Health.

Your Role
As a Head of Product Engineering, you will play a key role in the hiring process, leading the expansion and maturing of our engineering team, providing guidance and direction on best practices and technical decisions across teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engineering processes and raise the bar on quality and efficiency. You will also collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science, physics, or a similar area of study. You will have a track record of building scalable software products, experience building and leading software engineering teams, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
