What you will do: Ensure smooth transport operations of cold-chain shipments across APAC. Manage international trade compliance and customs processes, especially for China and India. Coordinate logistics for domestic and international deliveries, including drop shipments. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics flow. Monitor project milestones and provide updates to stakeholders. Analyze logistics data to optimize performance and costs. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. 5-10 years of experience in cold-chain logistics within biotech or pharma. Experience with international trade compliance and operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with customs in China. Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and GMP standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements.
