Overview Automotive Accessories Retail Sales Specialist – Full time. Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month. Job Summary The primary role of a Retail Sales Executive is to serve and attend to customers’ needs and inquiries, ensure retail visual standards are adhered to, and replenish stock while ensuring all available items are properly displayed. We believe in a culture of fun and teamwork in customer service and grooming team members toward career advancement in our Retail role would be provided. Responsibilities Attend to customers\' needs and enquiries on car accessories products Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill walk-in and online customers\' orders Attend phone queries, online platform enquiries and email Provide guidance and assist customers after car accessories are installed Arrange installation appointments with customers’ installation requirements Benefits / Compensation Competitive Salary + Generous Commission.
