**Job Types**: Full-time Onsite, Monday to Saturday

**Job Summary**:
The primary role of a Automotive Retail Specialist will be committed to serving and attending to the customer’s needs and inquiries, and ensure retail visualize standards are always adhered to and replenishment of stocks, and ensuring all available items are properly displayed. We believe in immersing fun and teamwork into the culture of customer service and grooming them toward career advancement in our Retail role would be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customers' needs and inquiries on car accessories products.
- Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill walk-in and online customer orders.
- Provide guidance and assist customers after car accessories are installed.
- Arrange installation appointments with customers' installation requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Able to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Self-confident, well-organized, mature, pleasant, and capable.
- Service-oriented and passionate to go the extra mile for customers.
- Strive to achieve sales targets without compromising service excellence.
- Honest and disciplined.
- Good team player; high energy with a good working attitude.
- Good personality and a friendly disposition.
- Fun, vibrant and outgoing personality.
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Training will be provided.
