Your Role As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional client experiences — turning inquiries into partnerships and events into success stories. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and chat with professionalism and warmth. Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and proposals to ensure deals are closed efficiently. Provide end-to-end support for clients — from pre-event coordination to on-site assistance when required. Nurture existing client accounts and develop long-term relationships built on trust and reliability. Identify new sales opportunities across corporate, private, and agency clients to grow market share. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and consistent brand presentation. What We're Looking For We're seeking high-caliber individuals who are motivated to grow their careers in event sales and business development. You'll Excel Here If You: Have strong communication and relationship-building skills. Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight timelines. Have a natural flair for design, layout, or event coordination (experience in events, hospitality, or interior-related industries is a plus). Are confident using online tools and platforms — Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, etc. Have creative problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude. Are proactive, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. (Bonus skills)Basic design or presentation experience in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
