As a Product Specialist at ELWAF Business, you will collaborate with the Product Management Team for the FEC product sub-group to enhance product expertise and contribute to the expansion of FEC business. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the following areas:- Developing expertise in Functional Electronic Coating (FEC) products- Acquiring new business opportunities for the Functional Electronic Coating product group to boost Market Share- Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts and collaborating with the global technology team- Managing projects and collaborating with key Customers on new projects and Technology implementation- Engaging with OEM & Industry leaders to align on technology roadmaps- Participation in Industry Seminars / Workshops to stay updated with industry trends- Identifying new opportunities and applications for FEC products- Providing Technical support to Customers for optimizing product performance- Enhancing customer experience through effective troubleshooting and training of customer teamsThis role may require up to 50% travel. To excel in this position, you should bring the following skillset:- Educational background in Chemical or Electroplating Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. Chemistry or related field)- At least 5 years of work experience in electroplating or related Specialty chemicals- An MBA or equivalent degree would be advantageous- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Strong Presentation and Communication skillsIf you are passionate about driving product growth, engaging with industry leaders, and providing top-notch customer support, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the FEC product segment at ELWAF Business.,
