**Job Title:** Product SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will be collaborating with the Product Management Team to enhance product expertise and contribute to the growth of our FEC business. Your role will involve playing a crucial part in several areas:
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Functional Electronic Coating (FEC) products;
  • Identifying new business opportunities for the FEC product group to boost market share;
  • Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts and working closely with the global technology team;
  • Managing projects and collaborating with key Customers on new projects and technology implementation;
  • Engaging with OEM & Industry leaders to align on technology roadmaps;
  • Participating in Industry Seminars / Workshops to stay updated with industry trends;
  • Providing Technical support to Customers for optimizing product performance.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A strong educational background in Chemical or Electroplating Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. Chemistry or related field);
  • At least 5 years of work experience in electroplating or related Specialty chemicals;
  • An MBA or equivalent degree would be advantageous;
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills.
