Academic Leadership Opportunity

The role of Executive Director of Academic Excellence is a key position within our institution, responsible for the effective management and smooth operation of academic programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance academic performance and student outcomes;
  • Fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to quality assurance processes;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree with a strong focus on education or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in academic leadership or management, preferably in the education sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and administration;
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders.
