  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educators to design and implement effective learning programs.
  • Faculty Management: Foster a collaborative working environment, promoting teacher growth and retention.
  • Student Welfare: Ensure student well-being and safeguarding are top priorities in all school policies and practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and students through effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in international schools, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
  • Teaching Expertise: Master's degree or higher in teaching, training, or business management, with expertise in Cambridge/IB curriculum.
  • ERF Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and EduTrust certification guidelines.
  • Modern Pedagogies: Well-versed in innovative teaching methodologies and assessment tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong administrative skills to oversee daily operations effectively.
