What we need: Reporting to the Head of Sales Engineering, APAC, this role will be supporting Sales team in selling Digital Edge colocation solutions to Hyperscalers and Strategic accounts. This role will be based in Singapore. Key responsibilities: Identifies customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements. Primary customer technical point of contact for Digital Edge Data Center Services covering colocation space and power. Analyzes situations and data on problems of moderate scope independently. Provides full support for customer meetings. Lead data center tours explaining the facility electrical and mechanical infrastructure capability. Provides technical solution design expertise on colocation and customer cages to all assigned Sales
