Company: HCLSoftware Job Summary: HCLSoftware is seeking a results-driven Hyperscaler Partner Development Manager (APJ)to lead and accelerate our go-to-market strategy with Marketplace. This role will focus on building and scaling sales through AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace by working closely with our Distributors across the APJ region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive partner GTM strategy with AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace, aligned with HCLSoftware's APJ sales objectives. Build strong working relationships with AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Partner Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketplace teams. Enable and support Distributors and Resellers to onboard, position, and transact HCLSoftware products via AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace. Drive co-selling initiatives and joint marketing programs to generate demand and accelerate revenue. Track pipeline, performance, and partner engagement metrics; provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Qualifications 8+ years in enterprise software or cloud partner development, with strong understanding of AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace and channel ecosystems. Proven experience working with Distributors and VARs in the APJ region. Deep knowledge of hyperscaler GTM models and cloud procurement dynamics. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
