Description Front Desk / Counter Duty Admin Assistant Location: Kallang SectorContract Duration: 2-year contract (extendable/convertible)Salary: $2,580/month + 1-month completion bonus for every year of serviceWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pmJob Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk / Counter Duty Admin Assistant to provide excellent service to visitors and support daily operations at our Kallang office. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, able to manage multiple tasks, and works well in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Level 1 Counter Duty:Prepare counter at the start of the day and close it at the end.Greet and welcome visitors, manage visitor queue, and verify meeting appointments.Coordinate with Corp Security and Concierge teams for visitor registration and handle difficult guests.Serve as point of contact for internal staff regarding public enquiries.Manage logistics (e.g., umbrella distribution, stationery replenishment).Handle pre-registration of visitors and collection of visitor passes.Maintain incident and visitor records in shared drive.Level 2 Counter Duty:Prepare and close counter daily.Ensure directory panels and meeting room booking panels are functional.Direct visitors to meeting rooms and assist with meeting room requests.Conduct room checks for cleanliness and equipment functionality (AV, lighting, etc.).Maintain incident logs and liaise with FM/ITD for facility issues.Handle Lost & Found enquiries and equipment loans (whiteboards, projectors, cables, etc.).Replenish stationery and update stocks.Process HQ carpark documentation (decal return/collection) and manage pedestal key logbook.Record daily meeting room bookings and incidents.Additional Duties:Support Escort Team with guest reception as needed.Assist with ad-hoc tasks when assigned.Requirements:GCE O-Level, Nitec, or Higher Nitec qualification.Open to all genders; preference for Chinese/Indian candidates to maintain team diversity.Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain organized records.Team-oriented and collaborative.Interested candidate please click APPLY to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOLKELLY job application platform - GO Mobile.Should you be interested in this position, kindly directly contact/message (Cheryl) for a quicker response.
