Job Description and Responsibilities
Manage a team of project managers overseeing digital projects from initiation to delivery, including gathering business needs, writing BRDs, collaborating with IT, planning and executing UAT, and managing deployment phases.
Develop detailed project plans, manage scope and changes, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expectations.
Resolve issues and conflicts within the team or with other departments to support COE goals.
Participate in strategic discussions, reviews, and planning processes.
Develop and coach the COE team to demonstrate strong project management skills.
Manage the digital system COE budget, including planning, forecasting, and ensuring alignment of actual spend.
Oversee and improve digital project management methodologies and practices.
Assess and pilot new tools and capabilities relevant to industry and technology trends.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree with 6+ years of related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience.
Proven project management experience in operations, preferably digital systems projects, with PMP certification.
Experience managing a global team, including development, coaching, and problem resolution.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience presenting to executive teams.
Familiarity with latest digital technologies and trends.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across global departments.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global teams.
Up to 30% global travel expected.
