What the role is: You oversee and ensure the smooth running and execution of all administrative and personnel affairs in the Joint Intelligence Command (JIC). What you will be working on: Manage the registry team and ensure all incoming and out-going documents in accordance with guidelines and coordinate the weekly dispatch Oversee the administration of all general and personnel matters Manage the internal HR systems Assist in the budgeting, allocation, and monitoring the utilisation of the Unit Welfare Fund Challenge(s) - Carrying out tasks in a timely fashion amidst competing demands and requirements from the units What we are looking for: At least 2 years of working experience in HR is preferred Good interpersonal skills Good managerial skills Ablility to multi-task (Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
