Overview

What the role is:

You provide administrative and coordination support for manpower operations, Human Resource (HR) administration and unit documentation to ensure effective planning, accurate records management and smooth operational readiness for HQ Navy Medical Service (HQ NMS) and Medical Flotilla (MEDFLOT).

Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks and coordination for manpower operations support and HR administration
  • Maintain and update centralised registry for operational medical manning in MEDFLOT to facilitate operational planning
  • Disseminate roster of medical personnel on duty
  • Function as MEDFLOT system administrator for various platforms
  • Plan and review framework for managing, tracking, updating, retrieval, dissemination, filing and mustering of documents in MEDFLOT
  • Supervise Admin Executive and NSF Admin Assistant in provision of administrative support to MEDFLOT
  • Challenge(s) - Managing large administrative workload requiring efficient navigation and management
  • Managing NSF Admin Assistant
What we are looking for
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for compiling HR data for presentation and tracking/trending
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
