We are seeking a motivated and resourceful professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on expanding networks with healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate organisations to enhance service offerings and revenue streams.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for
  • Recruiting specialist doctors to support the group's growth and expansion plans.
  • Identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate organisations to increase referrals and service reach.
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to grow market share and revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and value-added services.
  • Supporting marketing and branding efforts to strengthen market positioning.
  • Tracking KPIs, analysing market trends, and preparing reports for senior management to guide decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Healthcare Management or related studies.
  • 4 - 5 years of working experience in partnership/ network management/ business development within the healthcare or healthcare payer industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support business decisions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement processes.
