Overview As a Scientific Affairs Manager within Bio-Rad's Clinical Diagnostics Division, the candidate supports the execution of global scientific strategies to drive clinical adoption of Bio-Rad's technologies. This role bridges science and communication—transforming complex research into impactful materials and collaborations that enhance Bio-Rad's scientific credibility worldwide. How you will Make an impact Strengthens Bio-Rad's presence and credibility in the clinical diagnostics community. Accelerates the translation of scientific evidence into impactful communication tools. Enhances collaboration between scientific, clinical, and commercial teams. Supports evidence generation that drives global product adoption and trust. What You Bring Education: PHD in a relevant scientific discipline (molecular biology, immunology, genetics or similar) required. Work Experience: 3–5 years of industry experience in scientific or medical affairs or related roles (MSL, field applications scientists etc) in diagnostics, medical device, or healthcare industries. required Scientific knowledge in clinical diagnostics and foundational knowledge of molecular biology, or immunology. Proven capability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, regulatory, and clinical teams. Track record of presentations and/or speaking engagements at conferences (posters, symposium) and to potential customers/KOLs (site visits, webinars, Advisory Boards). Experience in field sales or clinical support environments is a plus. Prior exposure to scientific communications or KOL engagement is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
