- Managing operating departmental budgets and costs
- Accountable for net sales / EBIT / headcount responsibility, where applicable

**General Responsibilities**:

- To be the Medical face of the company and manage high quality scientific knowledge exchange between internal and external customers
- Effectively engaging and providing scientific services to the internal customers (Marketing, sales, Business Development and Regulatory Affairs) and external customers (KOLs, Hospitals, Nurses, Pharmacists)
- Oversight and management of all Medical Affairs-related activities
- Provide medical and scientific support through activities such as advisory board meetings, CMEs, speaker development, KOL engagement, etc.
- Responsible for review of all product promotional material to ensure compliance and training in the domain of scientific knowledge and medical content

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Scientific expertise in multiple therapeutic areas (oncology, cardio-metabolic, dermatology and immunology)
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good analytical and conceptual capabilities
- Confident and articulate individual with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- People & change leadership skills
