Job Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company's bunkering division, driving efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of operational strategies and policies to optimize performance and meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational plans to drive performance and achieve business goals
Coordinate bunkering activities, including logistics, supply chain management, and customer service
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of bunkering operations with other business units
Provide guidance and support to the operations team to foster a positive and productive work environment
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in bunkering or related industries
Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and logistics planning
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strategic thinking and innovation
