The DBA plays a pivotal strategic and operational role, overseeing key support services including Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Administration, and School Nursing provision . Key Responsibilities Leading and developing a cohesive and effective support services management team. Delivering high-quality business services across the College. Providing expert advice to the Head of College and leadership teams. Ensuring robust governance, compliance, and financial integrity. Driving strategic planning and operational excellence across departments. The successful candidate will Be a seasoned leader with 15+ years' experience, ideally in international education. Have proven expertise in Finance, HR, Operations, and IT. Be a collaborative, solution-focused professional with strong integrity and intercultural sensitivity.
