We are seeking an experienced and innovative Mobile Apps Development Team Lead to guide and manage our mobile development team. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge mobile applications that support Biotronik's medical products. Leveraging your expertise in mobile technologies and team leadership, you will ensure the creation of user-centric, secure, and scalable mobile apps while driving excellence in Agile and CI/CD practices. Your Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of mobile developers to achieve high performance and technical excellence. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment. Define team objectives, evaluate individual performance, and support career growth. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Technical Expertise and Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications for Android platforms. Ensure adherence to best practices in UX/UI design, app performance, and security. Guide the team in adopting modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin). Collaborate with architects and product managers to define mobile application requirements and designs. Project and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize development tasks. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and resolutions. Process Improvement and Innovation: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to streamline app development cycles. Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile app releases. Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance app functionality and user experience. Advocate for a user-focused and continuous improvement mindset within the team. Your Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of security principles in mobile apps. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
