As the Operation Team Lead at Spring Wealth Trading Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading a team of skilled installers to deliver outstanding solar film installation services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient project execution, uphold safety standards, and provide hands-on guidance to your team members. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of solar film installers, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure consistent high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan and schedule installations, assigning tasks and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Oversee the installation process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control, reviewing completed installations for accuracy, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation, working closely with the team to find effective solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels of installation materials and tools and films, and liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely availability.
- Track and report installation progress, productivity, and any challenges to the Operations Manager.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to solar film installation techniques and equipment.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, mutual respect, and a strong work ethic.
