Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and space management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
  • Maintain inventory levels for office supplies and order as needed.
  • Track and manage office expenses and budgets.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role would be a plus
  • Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin
