Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Manage the Administrative Team:
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the administrative team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their work tasks.
Develop Administrative Policies and Procedures:
Work with senior management to develop and update the company's administrative policies and procedures to ensure that they are consistent with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Office Facilities Management:
Responsible for managing the company's office facilities, including office space, equipment, supplies, etc., to ensure that employees have a safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment.
Supply Chain Management:
Work with suppliers to ensure that the company's office supplies and equipment are adequately supplied, and coordinate budgets and expenditures with the finance department.
Document and Record Management:
Responsible for managing the company's documents and records, including contracts, reports, archives, etc., to ensure their security, integrity, and easy access.
Meeting and Event Organization:
Assist in organizing meetings and events inside and outside the company, including conference room reservations, itinerary arrangements, material preparation, etc.
Employee Relationship Management:
Maintain good communication and cooperation with employees, solve employee problems and needs, and provide necessary support and guidance.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess the risks that the administrative department may face, and take appropriate measures to reduce risks.
Company External Administrative Affairs:
Organize and coordinate various meetings and employee activities of the company, be responsible for external liaison work and handle various certificates and licenses required by the company.
Draft and Archive Company-Related Documents:
Draft and archive company-related documents, collect and organize internal information of the company, and organize and compile company events in a timely manner.
Manage Important Qualification Certificates of the Company:

Preside Over the Construction Work Within the Department:
