Job Opportunity: Customer Support Officer Company: Architectural Glass Manufacturing Company We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, handling queries, and providing essential administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders promptly via email or phone, ensuring accuracy in all details Verify order data and coordinate with the Production Department to ensure accuracy before order release Communicate with customers to gather missing information or address any queries or concerns Collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders Maintain and update accurate sales and customer records in the system Expedite orders and coordinate internally to meet customer deadlines Act as a liaison to relay valuable customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement Stay updated on new products and features to assist customers with up-to-date information Provide general administrative support and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management Requirements: GCE ‘O’ Level, Polytechnic Diploma, or an equivalent qualification Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel A team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you How to Apply: Interested applicants are invited to send their CV along with details of qualifications, experience, and current / expected salary to: Singapore Safety Glass Pte Ltd 112 Pioneer Road Singapore 639593 Email: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified #J-18808-Ljbffr
