Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front office department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. They will be responsible for managing front desk agents, observing their work, and providing guidance to improve performance.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining hotel standards for efficient guest registration, check-out, and telephone service. The successful candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with established procedures and policies.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Front Office Manager will be responsible for directing and training front desk staff and operators. They will also assist in new-hire and on-going trainings to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills to provide exceptional service to guests.
