About the role

We are seeking a proactive Temporary Coordinator to support our project coordination. This is a 4-month contract, with a possible 2-month extension, ideal for candidates seeking short-term work. This role involves both administrative tasks and hands-on coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal staff to ensure smooth execution of projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching and sourcing new vendors when required
  • Coordinating with external vendors & internal team members to manage schedules and logistics
  • Handling basic administrative work such as record-keeping & documentation
  • Supporting ad-hoc duties if necessary
  • Traveling to sites when required

What we need from you:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Comfortable with some site visits

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 – 44 per week

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
