Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Employee to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Temporary Employee, you will be responsible for managing the public email inbox and ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner. You will draft and respond to public's queries and feedback via email in a professional manner, escalate and report complex cases to supervisor for guidance, and keep records of user enquiries/issues and replies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the public email inbox and ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Draft and respond to public's queries and feedback via email in a proficient manner
  • Escalate and report complex cases to supervisor for direction
  • Keep records of user enquiries/issues and replies
  • Monitor email trends to identify common questions or issues and suggest enhancements to our FAQs
  • Track and update completion of e-learning quiz on Excel
  • Escalate cases of non-completion to supervisor for direction
  • Generate reports and statistics
  • Liaise with vendors and partners on event coordination and feedback
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned
  • Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements include proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, good communication and interpersonal skills, good writing skills, meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures, able to work independently and as a team, and good organizational skills.
