Overview University and Careers Guidance Counsellor – NLCS (Singapore) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable counsellor to join the team from August 2026. The successful candidate will support students as they navigate post-school choices, helping them identify and achieve ambitious goals for university and career pathways. The postholder will provide individual and group counselling, develop tailored guidance resources, and lead workshops for students and parents. Working closely with the Sixth Form and Senior School Leadership Teams, the Counsellor will ensure that each student receives expert advice and personalised support reflecting the academic ambition and ethos of NLCS (Singapore). All staff are expected to contribute fully to the pastoral and co-curricular life of the school.
