Job Description

Elevate your culinary expertise and join our dynamic team as a skilled pastry professional. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef/Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef/Pastry Chef during service, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional desserts that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef/Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef/Pastry Chef with dessert preparation, presentation, and quality control
  • Ensuring accurate use of ingredients as specified by the Head Chef/Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef/Pastry Chef to maintain consistent quality
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Pastry/Bakery
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating leadership skills and good interpersonal abilities
  • Possess a positive attitude and cheerful disposition
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Immediate availability
