We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. This role involves providing administrative support, managing daily office operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.
- Manage daily office operations to maintain efficiency and organization.
- Respond to phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and handle ad hoc assignments.
- Draft and manage internal and external communications effectively.
- Assist with organizing and executing company events, staff meetings, and team-building activities.
- Oversee the management system and take on responsibilities as Fire Warden and First Aider.
- Coordinate with external parties on office management matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on inclusivity and fostering a positive team culture.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technology and office tools, with a strong sense of personal accountability and urgency.
