Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment, supervising a team of workers and hauliers, and implementing safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in plant operations. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, including planning, organization, and supervision of staff
  • Ensure the overall maintenance and repair works of plant equipment are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Lead a team of workers and hauliers, addressing issues and grievances, and ensuring proper facilitation of job assignments
  • Implement and commit to plant safety procedures, including WHS and FS protocols
  • Manage stock count for cylinder tracking, ensuring timely and accurate reflection in our in-house system
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective teamwork

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas
  • At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Plant
  • Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of plant equipment
