Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations supervisor to oversee the efficient management of our residential facilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination among functional departments.

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our residential facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain optimal occupancy levels at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional departments to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the overall cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the dormitory and its immediate surroundings.

Supervise and oversee the duties of Operations Executives, Enrolment Officers, Security Teams, Maintenance Teams, and Housekeeping Teams.

Work closely with the Security Executive to ensure that security operations are adequately managed in line with established SOPs.

Address incidents and disciplinary matters involving tenants, liaising with their employers to resolve any issues amicably.

Foster close relationships with clients, building trust and confidence in the services provided by the dormitory.

Liaise with government authorities as required.

Lead, nurture, and guide staff to optimize their performance and output in the management of the dormitory.

Ensure that all operating procedures are carried out in line with ISO 9002 standards and workplace safety and health guidelines.

Take charge of crisis management during public order situations in the dormitory.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Facility Management, Property Management, or related Engineering Disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dormitory management, preferably in facilities with capacities of 5,000 and above.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lead and work effectively with team members.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in Facility/Property/Estate Management is an asset.
