Singapore Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd Full time

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

DESIGNATION : Supervisor, Facilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the Facilities Executive on matters relating to the security within the DC.
- He/She shall lead a team of technicans, outsourced security officers and housekeepers to ensure the smooth operations of day-to-day building's operations.
- He/She shall provide solutions to preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and fire protection facilities and equipment at all times
- He/She may be cross-deployed to support other DCs/warehouses whenever needed. As a Supervisor, he/she shall always be on standby 24/7, ready to respond to crisis and emergency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimally 2 years of leading a team in any facilities settings
- Relevant knowledge in logistics or warehousing facilities will be advantageous
- Must possess a valid PLRD security license
- Preferably trained in CERT, First Aid and AED

OTHER INFORMATION
- Work location: 37 Joo Koon Circle
- Working arrangement: 5 days work week (7:30am - 5pm/ 12:30 - 10pm / 1:30 - 11pm). The position would need to attend to urgent matters outside of working hours too.
