About The Role As our Client Onboarding Specialist , you will be engaging with our hotel customers to guide them through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into Vouch’s hotel platform. Using your experience from a hotel, travel, or global distribution industry, you can clearly and enthusiastically transfer deep knowledge to clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Engage with hotel customers to guide them through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into Vouch’s hotel platform. Assist the hotel customers in the process of setting up the system. Advise customers on the available features of our hotel platform and assist in the feature setup. Support our new customers to ensure a successful go-live for the platform. Conduct live training sessions for end users, solving all questions and helping in the adoption of Vouch’s platform. Do a handover of the account and project to the Account Management teams after the customer has been successfully onboarded. Become an expert in one or more areas of the system and assist the onboarding team with best practices and solving challenges. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 2 years of hotel experience, ideally in a front office/operations role. Ability to work in a fast-paced company and ready to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in project management is a plus. Successful sales track record and excellent negotiation skills. Highly structured and organized. A commitment to excellent customer service. Good communication and presentation skills.
