Key Responsibilities:
HR (HRBP Focus):
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Singapore team
- Support payroll, CPF, employee records, and performance management
- Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws; drive culture and engagement initiatives
- Oversee daily office operations and vendor management
- Handle travel, meetings, and document filing
- Manage lease and liaison with landlords/property
- 3-5 years in combined HR/Admin roles in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, CPF, and MOM policies
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with both Singapore and China team.
