Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our central kitchen team. The Chef will lead daily production operations, prepare Japanese–Indian fusion dishes, and ensure consistent food quality and safety. The ideal candidate must possess strong culinary knowledge, team leadership skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and oversee the production of Japanese–Indian fusion cuisine in a central kitchen. Lead, supervise, and guide the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations. Maintain high standards of taste, quality, consistency, and food presentation. Ensure full compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and production planning. Coordinate with management on workflow, scheduling, and production timelines. Uphold workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements. Requirements Minimum 5 years of culinary experience as a Chef. Strong background in Indian cuisine knowledge of Japanese–Indian fusion techniques. Basic understanding of Japanese culinary principles. Experience working in a central kitchen environment is advantageous. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Able to work early-morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Working hours: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM. 1 rest day per week (scheduled by employer). Normal working hours comply with MOM’s Employment Act. Overtime will be paid at not less than 1.5× basic hourly rate. Overtime hours follow MOM regulations, including monthly capped hours. Rest Day Entitled to 1 rest day per week as required under the Employment Act. If required to work on rest days,
