As a Research Associate in Air Traffic Management, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on future air traffic management solutions.

This role is based at our state-of-the-art research and collaboration centre in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on optimization techniques and machine learning models relevant to transportation systems.
  • Collect, process, and analyze air traffic data relevant to the project.
  • Develop or use existing simulation platforms to validate developed algorithms and models.
  • Analyze simulation data and create visualizations to support research findings.
  • Design and build prototypes or intelligent tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with industry partners to integrate AI models into ATM decision support systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Advanced degree in Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, Software, Transportation or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Evidence of creation of predictive algorithms using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to domains that use historical data to train the AI/ML model.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C/C++.
  • Good English writing and communication skills for research work.
  • Proactive and a self-starter.
  • Independent and team player.
