- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform the development of next-generation air traffic management systems.
- Facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- A Master's degree in Human Factors or a related field.
- Domain knowledge in Aviation Human Factors is highly advantageous.
- Strong research contributions, evidenced by publications in top-tier journals and conferences.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C++, MATLAB).
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
