Job Description \

Air Traffic Control Officer roles involve collaborating with aviation stakeholders to optimize air traffic management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and prior experience as an Air Traffic Control Officer or in aviation operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Operational & Technical Analysis: Analyze operational data from air traffic control systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. \
  • Business Analysis & Consulting: Translate operational needs into technical requirements for IT development teams, conduct gap analyses, and prepare business cases. \
  • Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project managers, developers, and aviation authorities to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions. \
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all digital solutions comply with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements. \
  • Qualifications: \
    • \
    • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. \
    • Prior experience as an Air Traffic Control Officer or in aviation operations is highly desirable. \
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \
    • Familiarity with aviation systems (e.g., radar, flight data processing, scheduling tools). \
    • Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BPMN). \
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \
    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). \
    • Knowledge of ICAO and CAAS regulations. \
    • Experience in digital transformation or IT consulting projects. \
