Optimization Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in air traffic management systems and/or aviation.

Job Description:
  • Develop or utilize existing simulation platforms to validate developed algorithms and models.
  • Analyze simulation data and create visualizations to support research findings.
  • Design and build prototypes or intelligent tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with industry and academic partners to integrate AI models into ATM decision support systems.
  • Participate in project meetings, prepare research reports, and contribute to high-impact publications in leading academic conferences and journals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree / Advanced degree in optimization, artificial intelligence, software, transportation or aerospace engineering.
  • Evidence of creation of predictive algorithms using artificial intelligence and machine learning applied to domains that use historical data to train the AI/ML model.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C/C++.
  • Good English writing and communication skills for research work.
  • Proactive and a self-starter.
  • Independent and team player.
  • Singaporean Citizenship.
