Air Traffic Management Innovation Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement innovative solutions that revolutionize air traffic management. As part of our team, you will work on projects that combine research, development, and implementation of advanced technologies in the Asia-Pacific region.

You will have the chance to:

  • Research and develop optimization techniques and machine learning models for transportation systems.
  • Analyze air traffic data and create visualizations to support research findings.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to integrate AI models into air traffic decision support systems.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Air Traffic Management Innovation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing or using existing simulation platforms to validate developed algorithms and models.
  • Designing and building prototypes or intelligent tools.
  • Participating in project meetings and contributing to high-impact publications in leading academic conferences and journals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or advanced degree in Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, Software, Transportation, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Evidence of creation of predictive algorithms using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to domains that use historical data to train the AI/ML model.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C/C++.
  • Good English writing and communication skills for research work.
  • Proactive and a self-starter.
  • Independent and team player.
  • Singaporean Citizenship.
