What the role is:
As an Air Traffic Control Support Officer you will provide Flight Information Services to the aviation community to ensure a safe and efficient flow of air traffic in the Singapore Flight Information Region.
What you will be working on:
As an Air Traffic Control Support Officer, your role will include processing aeronautical data and meteorological information for Air Traffic Control Officers, as well as for flights operating within Singapore FIR crucial for ATC planning and operations. In addition, you will also assist Air Traffic Control Officers to effect coordination involving the transfers of flights with adjacent Air Traffic Control Centres, verify the height of tall shipping vessels transiting north of Changi Airport, and participate in Search and Rescue exercises and actual incidents/accidents.
Note: Air Traffic Control Support Officers are typically stationed in the Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC) which is located at 60 Biggin Hill Road, Singapore 509950 (near Changi Village)
