About the Role

This is a key position in our team responsible for driving digital performance and marketing excellence. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on digital media and performance marketing, with a focus on creating engaging consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement website optimization strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage and work with external agencies to plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns for branding and acquisition purposes.
  • Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, identifying insights and opportunities to further improve lead generation and/or enhance the digital experience.

Skill Requirements

  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical background with good knowledge of leads generation campaign and systems.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords, Webmasters, Optimize, Multi-channel attribution, Web Analytics, SEO/ASO, AIO, and SEM.
  • Working knowledge of CMS, Marketing Automation, and CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing, preferably with a focus on web and apps.
