Onsite Technical Specialist

  • We are seeking a skilled Onsite Technical Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

This role involves conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing timely support services.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on equipment and systems.
  • Provide logistical support to ensure spare parts and resources are available.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of system configurations and user information.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Windows 10 operating systems and sensor technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
  • Familiarity with Government Data Centre environments is an asset.
  • Willingness to participate in rotational standby duties.
  • 5-day week schedule at AMK with occasional site visits.
  • Singaporean citizenship required.
