System Maintenance Specialist

As a system maintenance specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of complex systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the management and execution of maintenance projects, providing technical support to internal stakeholders, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance services.

You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance on servers, PCs, electronic equipment, and mechanical parts, as well as supporting IT administration tasks such as data backup, OS patching, and antivirus updates. Additionally, you will create and maintain maintenance process documentation, including spare management, service reports, and consolidated monthly reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will engage with technical stakeholders to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware and electronic equipment, including component-level work such as soldering.
