System Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance and support services for client Command and Control Systems.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance activities during assigned duty shifts.
  • Perform defect management, fault reporting, and system health checks.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance carried out by appointed contractors.
  • Coordinate repair/maintenance resources, schedules, and equipment with contractors.
  • Perform standby duty at operation centres for immediate response to faults.
  • Attend to operational users' fault reports, provide technical support, and update them on progress.
  • Monitor and report all system faults, alarms, and alerts to appointed maintenance contractors.
  • Support clients in managing maintenance records and related technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields preferred.
  • Prior experience in system maintenance, fault response, or technical support roles will be an advantage.
  • Able to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
